We look after many private gardens in southwest London, from small courtyards and frontages to large lawns and abundant flower beds. RHS certified, Green Concept has an extensive understanding of what plants need and we work closely with clients advising on plants, conditions and care that best suit their garden’s natural resources. Not one to shy going the extra mile, we have even been known to hang outdoor festive fairy lights in Winter.

How do we work
01. From the ground up
Our first consultation is free of charge. Firstly, we listen to you to understand the big picture. We then inspect the grounds and assess what levels of maintenance are, ideally needed. We take measurements, photographs, check the soil condition and site.
It is important that we understand the natural resources within your space. For instance, plants may need to move to a sunnier spot to thrive, or a topsoil would help. Or the irrigation isn’t draining efficiently. It’s important we give you a realistic idea of what you can achieve. Then, factoring in any budget or time constraints, we go away and pull together a proposal comprising of a schedule and costs.
Whether you need help managing a large commercial outdoor space or are looking to give your home garden a new dimension, get in touch. 02. Looking good, all year round
The wonderful thing about nature is it never stops. It likes to grow, and it needs constant attention, or it becomes unwieldy. It is a myth however that gardens don’t need maintenance in Winter. Much of the preparation for Spring and Summer starts in Autumn and Winter. To look their finest, outdoor spaces need attention all year round. Gardens grow and there is always something to attend to.
This is why at Green Concept, we have simplified our pricing. To give our customers greater financial control, our proposals are based on the needs of your green space, land what gardeners need to do through the year, to look after it and keep it looking its best. It is only if this scope of works is modified, do costs change.
This means that come the Summer when we work longer days, we don’t charge extra. You can relax knowing that all the needs of your green space will be met throughout the year, and you don’t ever need to worry about the number of hours.
03. The nature of gardening
,Green Concept understands that some grounds and gardens need a little bit of extra attention too. School fields may need lines re-marking; beds, affected by adverse weather, may need complete replanting or a hard surface area might just need a jolly good pressure wash.
Green Concept can help. We cover all aspects of gardening and grounds maintenance (otherwise known as soft landscaping). We are experts in topiary. We can build rock gardens. We have refurbished school playgrounds. We frequently carry out professional lawn treatments and we have an extensive knowledge of plants and their behaviours. We even have specialist knowledge when it comes to planning garden irrigation systems.

04. Safe pair of hands
Green Concept only use premium tried and tested materials and products. We also carry out with regular quality control checks. We take health and safety seriously. Our gardeners are only allowed to use equipment they have been trained to use.
Green Concept is fully insured for public liability and employer liability.
